Richard Has Been Writing Book In Secret 08/29/2000
Richard revealed today on his radio show that he has been spending some
of his time the past three months working on a book detailing his time on the island and it is now
nearly completed! (Remember, Rich's luxury item on the island was a journal, and although I
don't believe the show ever showed him writing in it, I'm sure it's chock full of interesting tidbits.)
Assuming it gets published soon, it will be interesting to see how Rich's book will compare to Mark Burnett's Survivor book.

fundraiser. They figure that "900,000 people express their
feelings by sending $1.00, and Kelly gets the million anyway"
and Susan loses. Humm... anyways, the link to the official page

Burnett Reveals
Details Of Final Immunity & Voting 08/18/2000
Mark Burnett revealed
some clues about next week's final episodes on Thursday's "Access
Hollywood." Burnett described the final two immunity challenges
saying the first, called "foreign comrades," will quiz the remaining
castaways about the 12 contestants who have been voted off the
show. The second immunity challenge, called "Fire Walk," will
have the remaining three contestants walk on hot coals in order
to win immunity. The winner will chose who will accompany him/her
to the final Tribal Council. The final Tribal Coucil, dubbed
"Closing Arguments," has the two remaining contestants making
their cases of why they should win the million before a jury
of seven former castaways. The jury will then select the ultimate
survivor.

Survivor: The
Drinking Game
It was bound to happen...
frankly, we're surprised it took so long. And from SEATTLE of
all places? And listen to the rules
"Rules
go this way: You have to drink whenever certain standardized
events occur - when the conch shell goes "whoo-ooo," Richard
says something annoying, Susan is hostile or someone gets booted
off the island."
Um, hello? The point
*IS* to get drunk, no? Then how about some things that happen,
oh... often?? ...one drink every time Richard mentions how he
"brings home the fish" (if you know what I mean),
two every time Ruby talks about gays, queers, or lesbians (on
second thought, that might give you alcohol poisoning) and three
drinks every time Sean talks about how he's not really sure
if there is an alliance yet. Anyways,
for those interested in reading the full article, see the below
link.
